Quick answers
Start with the most common questions.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Open the Atlasio sign-in page and choose the password-reset option. If you still cannot access your account, email support from the address you use with Atlasio.
Where do I manage requests, bids, and messages?
The Atlasio app is the primary place to compare bids, make bid decisions, message other users, and manage active work. Homeowners can also start a request on the web and review supported account activity after signing in.
Does Atlasio collect payment for the underlying work?
No. Homeowners and other job posters pay their selected provider directly. Atlasio separately calculates and charges applicable provider platform fees after confirmed completion. Pros can review the current fee guide.
How does Closing Tracker access work?
Agents can create and manage closings in the Atlasio app or from the signed-in Closing Tracker on the web. Invited clients and closing partners can use their secure link to follow the updates shared with them. If a link is expired or no longer works, ask the inviting agent to send a new one.
How do I report inappropriate content or a safety concern?
Use the report action attached to the relevant job, invitation, or content when it is available. If you cannot access that action, email support with enough context for the team to locate the issue. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
How do I permanently delete my account?
In the Atlasio app, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. On the web, homeowners and agents can sign in and open their Account page. Contractors and other providers can use Pro account settings. Deletion is completed through the account controls, not through a support request, and active work may need to be resolved first.
Where can I read Atlasio's privacy and legal terms?
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Privacy-specific questions can continue to use the contact information in the Privacy Policy.
